Licence - hairdresser
The Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 eliminated the
need for hairdressers or barbers to be registered.
However, activities such as Ear Piercing, Electrolysis, Tattooing and Acupuncture, and the employment of employees must still be registered.
