You can use the forms below to report incidents of dog fouling or let us know if a dog bin needs to be emptied or replaced due to damage.

You can slso report a full or damaged dog bin from your mobile phone using the LoveCleanStreets application.

Please keep a note of dates and times you witness owners failing to clean up after the dogs have fouled.  Please assist us by providing a brief description of the dog and the owner. This may help to identify those responsible.

Dog Fouling Notices

Under the Clean Neighbourhoods And Environmental Act 2005, any person who permits a dog that is in their charge to foul any area to which the public has access is committing an offence. It is an offence for a dog owner not to clean up after their dog in these areas. Failure to comply can result in a prosecution and fine of up to £1000 or the issue of a fixed penalty notice.
